As early as last month we started talking about the concept of Multi region 🤩 because we believe that having an infrastructure distributed over several regions is a winning strategy to limit the risks of failure thanks to greater redundancy and to reduce possible latencies.
As you already know, in February, the protagonist of the Multi Region was Veeam Cloud Platform, but in the month of March, the news concerns Talky Time and more will arrive in the coming months. In fact, we have become part of the Microsoft ISV Success Program 🥰 and this will allow us to accelerate the innovation of many users linked to the Microsoft and Azure world.

As with the Veeam Cloud Platform, in fact, a new region has been inaugurated for Talky Time: Dublin 🍀
For this reason, you can now manage the Talky Time Direct Routing functionality by choosing between two different regions: Milan-01 and Dublin-01.
The biggest advantage you can find is definitely theoptimization call latencies. In fact, by choosing the region geographically 🚀 closest to you or your customer, you will be able to maintain significantly lower latencies in calls 📞.
