🔐Authentication
Security and flexibility are part of the hallmarks of CloudFire and our service platform. Just to provide more security in access and more flexibility in the platform, we have released a new authentication. 🔒
Accessing Cortex does not actually change: the requirements remain the username and the password. However, the user now has the option of activating Multifactor Authentication (MFA), an authentication mode that requires an additional code sent 📨 via SMS or APP, depending on the user's preference.
It is indeed possible to disable this mode. However, we strongly recommend to keep it enabled to increase security levels and tenant access. The MFA is a further check on the authenticity to ensure that the user logging is actually authorised to do so. 🗳
Once this is done, the platform will also be accessible from several tabs at the same time, without having to log-in again. 💥
📈 Improvements
- Cost summary: download the detailed cost of services and telephone traffic directly from the portal. It will no longer be sent via e-mail;
- Talky Time - SIP Account: you now have the possibility to enter international numbers directly from the dashboard;
- Delivery: change prefix and main numbering while in acquired and processing statuses.
🪄Bug Fixes
- Talky Time: fixed bug where the service was not being deleted 🗑️ correctly;
- Talky Time - Sip Account: resolved a resizing issue with the download icon ⬇️ from telephone traffic;
- Cost summary: resolved a resizing issue with the download icon ⬇️ from telephone traffic;
- Cost summary: fixed a bug that prevented the downloading of the current month's summary 🕒;
- Support: fixed a bug which in some situations led to displaying an error within the ticket grid.
