Our development team worked hard during the month of January to release new features and new updates.

This article is a monthly update that you'll be able to find under our 'What's New' category. It will be useful to follow the progress and latest news from CloudFire's ecosystem of services.

Let's briefly see what's new in January!

Cloud Native Apps - 3CX APP

Directly from CloudFire's marketplace, you can now deploy and activate one or more 3CX APPs in just a few minutes. Discover our Cloud Native Apps section:

  • An SSL certificate is automatically generated when the app is created ⏱
  • ⚙️ We released the noVCN console to directly configure the 3CX APP.

After successfully passing the Beta phase with tests and improvements, the 3CX App has officially been online since the end of January.

Talky Time

We have released Talky Time V2 Beta 💥

This service is intended to revolutionise the concept of corporate communication management. It provides a single tool to meet any telephone requirement.

📞 The purpose of Talky Time is to provide a single point of access with which one can create new SIP accounts and trunks. It also allows to request national and international numbers - both new and in portability mode. You can even integrate this service with Microsoft Teams'® suite!

A great advantage of Talky Time 💞 is that it does not force the user to follow every single step. As a matter of fact, it's possible to only use a functionality one needs at a precise moment, without losing the possibility of modifying it at a later time.

So, what are the latest technical updates in the second version of Talky Time? How can these help you?

  • ➡️Thanks to the new type of SIP Extension provider created by Talky Time, you can request SIP numbering in just a few steps;
  • ❗️In the Talky Time Direct Routing section, to integrate numbering into the Teams suite, it is necessary to create a provider. If you do not have active providers, you will not see the tab related to Teams users;
  • The introduction of the template for bulk importing a large number of Microsoft users will save you from having to add them one by one🧾. You can also disconnect multiple Teams Users simultaneously to speed up reconfiguration operations;
  • Added a verification of integration prerequisites for the Domain, divided into two steps, to minimize errors during the initial synchronization;
  • ⛔️Numerous checks have been added to prevent the Domain from remaining stuck in an error state;
  • It is no longer necessary to have an Office 365 license to maintain assigned for the integration to function. Now the license is only used during synchronizations and released at the end;
  • Through the creation of the Resource Account in the specific tab, you can create queues and IVR and insert its detail on the respective screen🛠;
  • 📨The FQDN display allows you to identify the complete address corresponding to the provider;
  • 📊Thanks to the released dashboards, related to the Direct Routing section, you will be able to monitor the status of accounts, registered users, and calls made and received in the current month.
