September was a month of changes in CloudFire ๐ฅ. We released the new version of the Cortex platform. Needless to say, it needed some optimisation โ๏ธ.
In any case, I recommend that you learn more about the various changes by going to read the last one ๐ What's new.
โ
For those who missed it, we have split Cortex into 3 parts:
โ
- โAccount Manager: the portal dedicated to managing your account ๐. It includes all features and information related to your master data, such as your users, the prices you were charged, invoices, and a dedicated section from which you can request support and assistance;โ
- Partner Portal: an entirely dedicated to partners portal ๐งฎ. If you are a partner, you will now have an ad-hoc space to manage your customers and your price lists, as well as the ability to change the portal branding;โ
- Project Manager: the โ๏ธ operational portal that can be accessed both by direct clients and by partners. Within the portal you can find all the management of various projects and services.
โ
The transformation from one portal to three different portals involves constant work and improvements. Here are the changes made since the release of the new version ๐.
โ

โ
- With the introduction of social login processes, with which you can now sign-up and login directly from Linkedin and Google, you will now find enhanced enrollment ๐ and On-boarding of Customers in Cortex ๐ซ;
