July has been a transition month for the development department at CloudFire which will bring important news in late summer. In fact, with everyone returning tanned and relaxed from vacation 🌊 we will be launching a new release of the Cortex💥 platform.

Get ready to see an even fresher and more intuitive platform look, with an improved user experience and overhauled navigation tools tailored to your needs.

📊 Dashboard Improvements

Dashboards have been the main focus:

  • Changed the style 🦜of various elements in the dashboard section;
  • New back-end for the dashboard section. With this re-factor we have improved page loading, which is now faster and more responsive 🤸 for both customers and partners;
  • Entered rounding of amounts in dashboards ⚙️. If thousands are now exceeded as units, they will have the suffix "k";
  • In the "Consumption trends - last 12 months" graph, the item of monthly fee services has been removed and the data of consumption services has been inserted 💰;
  • The partnership level ⛓ call has also been unified to optimise page loading;
  • Added the 🏅 threshold of the partnership level on the "Hourly fee service consumption" graph;
  • Replaced purchase-to-sales ratio graph with a graph that represents the turnover of the last 12 months, with breakdown by invoice items for last year;
  • In the dashboard section, the last 5 open tickets in a grid can now be seen 🪛.

📈Improvements

  • The list of instances with their deployed resources and status has been added in the Public Cloud service;
  • Mapped new flavors in Public Cloud with call profiles to properly deploy Cloud Native appsApp-3CX ;
  • Set maximum length for the name of APP-3CX: to 14 characters.
